The company was founded by Joyce Cooper, a veteran public educator, who has worked in many capacities with children for the past twenty years. Joyce has expanded on teaching theories and practices from several sources from which she developed an educational philosophy that takes into account the spiritual side of students. Enlightened Teaching, the educational philosophy, brings mindfulness to the classroom for both students and teachers, and the belief that every aspect of education, including the arts, is essential to help students maximize their academic potential.
